REEL WINDING SYSTEM
Desmasa’s reel winding system in its TOP VERSION is a fully automated solution, so it does not require operator intervention in any of the stages.
Also designed for interaction with AGV or any other automatic handling system for Reels.

SINGLE REEL HANDLING
Hydraulic clamping of the Reel only on one side, leaving the working side completely free.

Integrated fully automatic Liner manipulator system.
Tension control in winding and unwinding on mobile roller column.
DOUBLE FEEDING TABLE
Reel feeding rotary table at ground level for easy handling by AGV or operator.
The table has a loading and unloading position with the possibility of 360º positioning.
CARTS WINDING SYSTEM
We design and manufacture installations for the winding of material on cassettes/trolleys with a specific tension.
