More than 15 years of experience guarantee us as designers, manufacturers and marketers of automation and industrial robotics systems in multiple sectors; a job that we carry out efficiently thanks to the technical quality of our multidisciplinary team (mechanics, hydraulics, programming, electricity, …) and the technological capacity we have.
DESMASA develops software tailored to the customer’s production and management needs, providing new resources to any non-standardized automation and robotics project: loading and unloading systems, product handling and transfer lines, artificial vision elements, etc.

At DESMASA we have extensive experience in design, manufacturing and installation of automated internal-logistics transport solutions for the industry in general, both individually (conveyors, palletizers, tippers, lifting devices, etc …) and in complete production lines.
With a focus on the food industry and its demanding requirements, we offer flexible and customized solutions to integrate communication elements into pre-existing process lines, as well as for the design and development from scratch of custom-made specialized lines.

Product traceability, namely completely automated inspection, presence checks, character reading or component identification in a fully automated way, is one of the main actions carried out by DESMASA in its special machinery division, since it contributes to guarantee the final quality of the product and maximize the efficiency of the clients’ process, two fundamental aspects in practically any industrial line.
