An automatic palletizing system is responsible for taking a box, sack or bag from a specific point and stacking it on a platform or pallet for shipment or processing.
These systems are made up of one or several robotic arms that are responsible for placing the materials that come out of the production line. These robotic arms automate the task that was historically done manually by an operator.
Palletizing and depalletizing solutions for the pharmaceutical sector are characterized by very fast and precise cycle times. They can perform tasks with different sizes of boxes at the same time thanks to technologies such as Artificial Vision.
Both cobots and industrial robots can be used. The advantages of using cobots in these facilities are, among others, saving space by not needing physical security fencing. In addition, it allows interaction with the operator.
On the other hand, industrial robots need to be located within security perimeters to ensure that there are no accidents at work, so they need more space.

We have developed our own software that is very simple to use. We can program simulations of the cycles, modifying the loads and the composition of the mosaic before transmitting the configuration to the robot.
