MCR MOBILE COLLABORATIVE ROBOT

Desmasa presents its new equipment, MOBILE COLLABORATIVE ROBOT (MCR). A fully customizable mobile collaborative robotic unit. These robotic equipment are designed to work together with the operator, and they can also be programmed to perform different tasks. MCR

Its main characteristics are:

The new MCR unit created by DESMASA is characterized mainly by its safety, reliability and easy handling. For this team we have chosen the new collaborative robot from FANUC, the CRX, available in two sizes (CRX-10iA and CRX-10iA / L) with a reach of 1249 and 1418 mm respectively and a load capacity of 10 kilos which makes it a very versatile robot.

Artificial vision allows our equipment to carry out much more complex tasks such as bin picking. For this we work together with Photoneo, which with its experience in the sector can offer us everything we need.

Thanks to its mobility and versatility, it can work in different applications within our production plant in the same shift. We optimize the investment quickly thanks to its efficiency.

Extremely reliable and safe. It has great features, so it can work with humans in a wide range of industrial applications, such as handling, machine maintenance, inspection and logistics.
