The legal history of Desmasa begins in 2004, however its origins go back to a small engineering created in 1996. During all these years, as it had to be, innovation has been one of the main pillars of the company along with its exceptional staff.

Why innovation is intrinsically linked to Desmasa?

Because Desmasa designs, manufactures, programs and installs turnkey, machines 100% adapted to the needs of each client, which means that each machine is different and unrepeatable, it is a “prototype”.

In order to undertake each of these projects and maximize times, it is necessary to surround yourself with professionals with an “innate” technical capacity, but also with a great deal of enthusiasm, curiosity and empathy, because these are the three skills that will provide them with versatility (lateral thinking), proactivity and ease of interaction with the customer.

With an average age of 35 years old, a proportion of engineers-programmers in staff of 65 per cent and 15 years average of professional experience in their respective profiles, in Desmasa we are lucky to have an staff that fits that profile.
