With a stand dedicated to cutting technologies, DESMASA will participate in the 29 th edition of
the biannual tools and machinery fair that this year will take place in the Bilbao Exhibition
Center from May 30 to June 4, 2016.
Originally centered on the producers of machining, deformation, oxy-fuel cutting and welding, etc, in other words, tools and machinery, the BIEMH has adapted to the times by introducing other more technologically advanced productive lines (software for fabrication processes, process automation, robotics…), which, after a year of intense developments and an unprecedented servicing, has propitiated the presentation of the company’s latest development: WJ3.
DESMASA has developed a robotized, modular, competitive and highly productive cell for the 3D cutting of a wide range of prime materials aimed at very diverse industrial sectors.
With total productive flexibility, this equipment allows one to not only incorporate different cutting heads for those processes that require laser, plasma, or pure or abrasive water jet, among others, but to also use specific heads for the forming steps (milling/trimming) or agglomeration of some productive cycles, an adaptation capacity that makes it the ideal tool for very different sectors and materials.
